Vendían por dos canales a la vez —mayorista y sus propios almacenes— y cuando un almacén facturaba desde la bodega mayorista, nadie sabía de quién era la venta. El presupuesto vivía en el ERP y el análisis en hojas de cálculo que alguien rehacía cada mes. They sold through two channels at once —wholesale and their own stores— and when a store invoiced from the wholesale warehouse, nobody knew whose sale it was. The budget lived in the ERP and the analysis in spreadsheets someone rebuilt every month.
Qué cambióWhat changed
ECOS resuelve el vendedor de cada venta con reglas explícitas y alcanza el 99,6% del valor atribuido. El presupuesto se lee del ERP y se contrasta contra la venta real en la misma pantalla. Y al corregir la ciudad de facturación apareció que el 29,2% de la venta estaba geográficamente mal ubicada: el mapa comercial entero dependía de eso. ECOS resolves the seller for every sale with explicit rules, reaching 99.6% of attributed value. The budget is read from the ERP and compared against actual sales on the same screen. And correcting the invoicing city revealed that 29.2% of sales were geographically misplaced: the entire commercial map depended on it.
